Due to the nature of our business, we don't not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order, send us an email immediately and do not open the soap or products. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for a return or refund. Our soap and lotion products are personal items and due to health safety reasons, we are sure you understand why can not accept returns.
