Three Tasty Recipes Using Goat Milk

Have some extra goat milk that needs to be used up? Here are three delicious recipes to help with that!


Goat Milk Pancakes


1 1/2 cup flour

2 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 Meadowlark Heritage Farm fresh eggs, lightly beaten

2 cups Meadowlark Heritage Farm fresh goat milk

2 Tbsp oil

2 Tbsp butter, melted


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, goat milk and oil.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brush with butter.

  5. Working in batches, ladle 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet, cook until the bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look dry.

  6. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.



Goat Milk Pudding


2 cups Meadowlark Heritage Farm fresh goat milk

2 Tbsp cornstarch

2 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the goat milk, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir to combine.

  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, sitrring constantly, until the pudding thickens and just begins to bubble.

  3. Remove the pudding from the heat and allow to cool.

  4. Divide the pudding among four bowls. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

  5. Add fruit, whipped cream, or drizzle with chocolate or goat milk caramel sauce for a decadent treat.



Goat Milk Latte


1 shot espresso

4-5 ounces Meadowlark Heritage Farm fresh goat milk

1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)


  1. Heat up the goat milk in a pot or the microwave until it begins to steam.

  2. Pull a shot of espresso into a mug.

  3. Stir in the sweetener of your choice.

  4. Pour the foamy, frothing goat milk into the mug, top it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, and enjoy!
